It’s official — Formation Brewing is opening its doors and pouring its first pints! Join us for a full day of brews, bites, and beats as we celebrate our grand opening in true Formation style. Whether you’ve been following our journey or are just discovering your Formation, we can’t wait to raise a glass with you at the newest brewery on Roosevelt Row. Doors open at 11 AM — come early, stay late, and help us kick off this next chapter together!

Special Beer Release: Be the first to try our debut small-batch brews crafted just for opening day.

Mazapán Dreams a decadent blonde stout inspired by the beloved Mexican candy. Notes of roasted peanut, cocoa nib, and coffee meet a touch of sea salt for a creamy, dessert-like finish.
